‘You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart. I will be found by you,’ declares the LORD…” (Jeremiah 29:13-14) “The God who made the world and everything in it is the Lord of heaven and earth and does not live in temples built by hands. And he is not served by human hands, as if he needed anything, because he himself gives all men life and breath and everything else.
From one man he made every nation of men, that they should inhabit the whole earth; and he determined the times set for them and the exact places where they should live. God did this so that men would seek him and perhaps reach out to him and find him, though he is not far from each one of us.” (Acts 17:24-27)

Finding and submitting to the absolute truth about God is the important issue in anyone’s life, for our eternal destiny depends on it.
Have you ever heard someone say, “You’ve got your own truth about God, and I’ve got mine”? The inference is that two contradictory opinions (and in reality, millions, if we include everybody else on the planet) can both be true at the same time. While it may seem like a polite statement, unfortunately, it’s completely illogical. None of us, by our own personal beliefs, can “create” a “truth” about God to which we are absolutely subject. On the contrary, we are all subject to the one absolute truth about God whether we believe in it or not.
Jesus said, “In fact, for this reason I was born, and for this I came into the world, to testify to the truth. Everyone on the side of truth listens to me” (John 18:37).
I invite you to investigate the truth behind the claims of Biblical Christianity, which is founded upon the words of Jesus Christ, a man who claimed to be God incarnate.
I also want to encourage you to pray and ask the true God to reveal himself to you, which he has both the power and desire to do.
“‘You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart. I will be found by you,’ declares the LORD…” (Jeremiah 29:13-14)
[Jesus said,] “Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives; he who seeks finds; and to him who knocks, the door will be opened.” (Matthew 7:7-8)
Lastly, this isn’t always an easy journey, but if you keep an open mind and a soft heart and you resolve to only seek and embrace the true God, I promise that he will reveal himself to you. And when he does, he will do it in such a way that removes ALL doubt over human error, for you will know him personally. This is a sovereign work of God in a person’s life, often in response to prayer.
“The LORD is near to all who call on him, to all who call on him in truth.” (Psalm 145:18)
